Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at support@minisforum.com within the eligible return period with your order number and reason for return.
Receive RMA Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original box, clearly mark the RMA number on the package, and ship it via a trackable carrier service.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the unit, our technicians will inspect the hardware; once verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
